Do you only work with diaspora clients? +
While our primary focus is on diaspora investors, we also work with local Nigerian investors and property owners who want professional real estate services. Our processes are designed to be transparent and accountable for everyone.
How do you verify land titles? +
Before we list any land, we verify the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) or Right of Occupancy through the FCDA and ensure that all documentation is in order. We only proceed with transactions on land that has clear, marketable title.
What is milestone-based payment? +
Instead of paying the full amount upfront, you pay as construction milestones are completed. For example, you pay a portion before the foundation is laid, another for block work, roofing, final payment upon handover. This protects your investment and ensures the project progresses.
Can I follow my project remotely? +
Absolutely. We provide regular photo and video updates at every stage of the construction process. You can also schedule virtual site visits with your project manager, so you're always informed, no matter where you are.
What types of properties do you offer? +
We offer land, completed homes, off-plan projects, prefab, and luxury custom builds. Our properties are located in prime districts of Abuja including Guzape, Katampe, Lokogoma, Gwarinpa, Wuse, Jabi, Asokoro, and Maitama.
Do you handle property management after purchase? +
Yes, we offer full property and facility management services. This includes tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance, and upkeep so that your property generates income with minimal effort on your part.
How long does it take to build a home? +
The timeline varies depending on the design, size, and complexity of the project. A typical 3-4 bedroom home can take 6-12 months from start to finish. We provide a detailed project schedule at the outset.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank transfers, wire transfers, and other standard payment methods. For diaspora clients, we can facilitate international transfers as well.
