BuildNaija Homes & Properties Ltd is a full-service real estate and construction company based in Abuja, built for one clear purpose: making it possible for Investors in Nigeria and abroad to invest in land, build homes, and grow real estate investment portfolio back home without needing to be there in person to do it.
Why we exist
For most Nigerians in the diaspora, buying land or building a home back home has meant relying on family, hoping a contractor follows through, and finding out how a project is actually going only when something has gone wrong. Disputed titles, abandoned sites, and contractors who disappear mid-build are common enough stories that many people simply give up on the idea of building at all.
BuildNaija Homes was built to close that gap. We combine local, on-the-ground execution expertise with transparency and guaranteed structured process that lets a client in Toronto, London, or Lagos follow a project as closely as if they were standing on the site — verified land titles, milestone-based payments, and regular photo and video updates from foundation to handover.

- A single project manager coordinates every contractor and vendor on a client's behalf.

BuildNaija Homes is led by a Chief Executive Officer and Director with years of experience in Canada and USA, who sets strategy and holds ultimate accountability for the company, working alongside a Managing Director and our team based in Abuja who runs day-to-day operations, site visits, and Project Management. This structure exists by design: it mirrors the reality of our own clients — people building a future in Africa while living their lives abroad — and it means every client is working with a team that understands both sides of that experience firsthand.
